AngioDynamics has partnered up with the National Blood Clot Alliance (NBCA) to take part in the 31 Day Virtual Ride challenge to honor the 100,000 lives lost each year to blood clots. As many as 900,000 people annually are affected by deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or pulmonary embolism (PE), known as VTE, or the formation of clot in the leg that has a potential to break off into the lungs1. Every day at AngioDynamics we work to provide solutions that may help improve these patients’ lives. We feel like raising awareness is the first step.

We are proud to take part in this month’s initiative and we hope you will join us and the NBCA in Stopping the Clot.

Come back to see the progress our AngioDynamics team makes and visit StopTheClot.org to learn how you can help raise awareness.
