How long have you been with AngioDynamics, and what do you do?

I started with AngioDynamics in 2009, and I’ve worked in different positions across multiple departments, including clinical, marketing, and sales. I was recently promoted to Regional Director of BENELUX, DACH & EEC, and I’m responsible for our direct teams and distributor network in the area.

What do you find most challenging about your work?

I found it to be challenging to deliver superior benefits to patients, customers, and companies during difficult times in the world.

What do you like most about your work?

I enjoy the daily interactions with my team, my partners, and their customers. We deliver sustainable or future-proof strategies, which patients will benefit from for years. This role allows me to be creative and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude, as I’m always supported by my peers and a leader that manages by example.

What drew you to AngioDynamics originally?

I worked for an outside distributor responsible for the AngioDynamics vascular and fluid management portfolio, Navilyst, and when AngioDynamics acquired clinical devices, I joined the Angio team in a clinical support role. It was a seamless transition as I’m still working to improve patient outcomes.

What has been your proudest moment at AngioDynamics?

It’s not just one moment that makes me proud to work at AngioDynamics, it’s every time we complete a successful project with our team, as a company, and on a personal level, are moments to reflect on what has been accomplished. Helping patients’ lives daily by delivering high-end products and solutions, carrying the responsibilities of my position, and growing into more senior roles in the company contribute to a daily sense of belonging and a feeling of pride.

Where do you see yourself in the next 10 years?

I truly believe we are improving patient outcomes and contributing to the healthcare industry globally. I want to continue to be part of this process and continue to participate in AngioDynamics’ success by expanding internationally into growing and developing markets and leading my team by example.
